DGR Race Pools

Each race, entry fees will be tallied, we extract an overall 10% participant/racing fee with the balance to then form the prize pool. See Participating/Racing fees section for more info.

Finishing percentages for all 8 gate races are as follows...

8 or 7 Starters - 1st 60% 2nd 25% 3rd 15%

6 or 5 starters - 1st 70% and 2nd 30%

4,3 or 2 starters it’s WTA

Just one entrant race is abandoned and funds refunded

Other races we run will see payouts of varying percentages across the field as a means for dog owners to explore their options and what best suits their chances of success. For example of some combinations we can have.. Top 2 - 50%/50% Top 4 - 25%/25%/25%/25% WTA - 1st - 100% LTA - Last - 100%
